1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the messaging services provided by EvotecHLS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

EvotecHLS provides automated on-call orchestration and alerting systems, including SMS, RCS, and Voice alerts intended for internal staff and authorized personnel.

3. Message Delivery & Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. EvotecHLS does not charge end-users directly for receiving SMS or RCS alerts. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.

4. Opt-Out / Cancellation

You may opt-out of our SMS/RCS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon receiving a STOP message, we will immediately cease sending messages to your number.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All communications are strictly confidential and are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Limitation of Liability

EvotecHLS is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our alerting system is a tool to assist with communication, but should not be the sole mechanism for critical life-safety alerts without secondary redundancies.
